DAY 1 OCTOBER 20, 2023
Welcome + Housekeeping rules of the conference.
In this keynote, Odell Bizzell will kickoff the event with how to create belonging and impact on campus.
We will interview student affairs professionals where they can discuss how to be successful in their career.
During this time we will have speakers come in and give rapid fire presentations centered around leadership, JEDI, mental health, and student success.

The second block of concurrent sessions will be: How to Use Conferences to Build Your Resume & Bring Notoriety to Your Institution and How to Run Large Events on a Small Budget
Day #1 reflections and wrap up is where we share big takeaways, aha moments, and practical things we will take back to our institutions.

DAY 2 OCTOBER 21, 2023
In this session we discuss what skills cause advancement in higher education and what to focus on moving forward to better set up a advancement
Speakers will come in and speak on conflict resolution, how to grow skills, how to navigate through new JEDI suppression laws and many other things.
Collaborative networking is where the attendees will actively meet and greet with individuals in the conference with the sole purpose of helping each other get paid and moving forward in their careers. SA pros can find speakers they would like to hire and/or individuals that they would like to mentor.
Lunch at various restaurants will be in walking distance.
In this session Odell Bizzell will give you a framework for how to use higher education to make a higher income as a vendor or an independent contractor.
In this session Shawn Walker asks the audience to take an honest look at their lives and their careers to help them establish what they really want and how they can use higher ed to go about accomplishing it. The outcomes shared in this session will also be something the attendees can pass along to their students when they begin the academic year.
